recruiting process
Novelty Spain knows how valuable your time is. That is why we’ve designed a clear, agile recruiting process that takes you from the application to the proposal in just five steps.
1. CV Check
As soon as we receive your application, our team meticulously examines your CV to see if it meets the post requirements. If your profile fits, you can expect to hear from us soon.
2. First call
We schedule a 30-minute call to get to know each other.
We’ll discuss your skills and expectations. We will get back in touch with you to tell you if we want to schedule a second meeting within a period of no more than one week.
3. Face to face Meeting
This is when we introduce you to the leader of the team you’ll be joining. The interview can be held in our offices or by conference call if you are not in Barcelona.
4. Skills evaluation
For certain positions, we’ll ask you to complete a quick test to evaluate your skills and knowledge. This stage helps us guarantee that your profile is perfect for the post.
5. Job offer
If both parties are aligned and the requisites coincide, we’ll make you an offer.
If not, we will give you constructive feedback on how to grow and make the most of future opportunities.
